We first met Leslie at an open house in St. Francois Xavier in early 2018, and quickly felt at ease.  She knew the local market well and didn’t hesitate to introduce us to new areas, as we were relocating from Alberta.  She spent quite a few weekends attending showings with us and refining our search to find the right home. She was able to recommend third-party providers such as mortgage brokers, home insurance provider(s) and a law firm.

We ended up purchasing an acreage in the RM of Carter, only to have Leslie sell it the following year.  She listed our home and did a professional job.  She did regular open houses, had professional photographs taken and created a video, to be able to showcase our home for a quick sale.  It took close to 6 months to sell our house to an out of town buyer.  Leslie was able to research the local flood situation and other community issues.  We were impressed with her overall knowledge and then purchased a home from her in St. Francois Xavier.

Leslie goes above and beyond what is needed of an agent. She recommended granite and fencing companies to us, she has offered to look after our pets and she assisted us with the transition to Manitoba.
